Take a step back to the nineties. The Roland RSP-550 quickly became a classic effects unit able to deliver all of those time-delay based effects and reverbs which the company had perfected over the decades and became famous for.
The RSP-550 is just awesome, easy to program, easy to back-up, easy to control and sounds brilliant. The inputs and outputs can be switched from -20dBm to +4dBm and with a couple of isolators, can be converted from unbalanced to balanced. I just love these units and quite honestly, they piss all over many plug-ins. Equally suited as part of a guitar or bass rig where they simply excel or in an effects loop either live or in the studio, these machines are gorgeous. On top of that, it’s getting harder to find stuff like this now-a-days. In fact I've just had a quick look on eBay again and no Roland RSP-550s. 🙁 Good thing I'm keeping one for myself!
